When we moved to the Winter Springs area we came across this cozy sushi establishment. The ambiance is intimate, quiet and great for date nights. Dinner begins with a hot towel, scented a bit lemony, to prepare for a great meal. The wine selection is nice, a variety of interesting whites and reds. Nagoya offers a vast selection of appetizers, great edemame, and soups. Some of our favorites are the steamed vegetable dumplings (yasai gyoza), crab rangoon, and calamari. The steamed vegetable dumplings are served with a sweet, tangy, soy-like sauce that

compliments the dumplings very well. Crab rangoon is comprised of about five or six lightly fried crab-cream cheese bows with a wasabi cream sauce which is tangy with a kick of spice. The creamy, spicy and crunchy flavors go great together. Nagoya offers a vast selection of unique sushi rolls. XOXO, Suicide, Hot and Saucy, and the Sunrise are among our many favorites. If you like a nice light and crunchy roll with spice, salmon and cream cheese, then the XOXO roll is for you. This little kicker is filled with baked salmon, cream cheese, jalepenos, crab meat and scallions, and then lightly fried. All of the creamy, crunchy flavors pair well fabulously. The Suicide roll contains a h

earty amount of baked salmon, cream cheese, jalepeno and hot sesame oil with a ginger coating on the outside...excellent flavors and a bit larger than the XOXO. The Sunrise roll is great if you are in the mood for something sweet and tangy. This one has salmon and eel on the outside, and crab meat, avacodo, asparagus and cream cheese on the inside. The sweet eel sauce on top mixed with the fish and eel brings out the bright taste of the eel. There are lots of other rolls we like and some we have yet to try, but we are never disappointed when it comes to the sushi at Nagoya...plus it's so close to us :-) We recommend Nagoya sushi for all the sushi-lovers out there for a comfortable, unique and delicious sushi experience.
